I will visit with you on-site, listen to your concepts, examine the existing conditions and ask questions from a variety of viewpoints that often need to be considered in similar projects.
Make sketches, help complete your building program ideas and discuss with you the options and obstacles as well as the process of producing contracts documents suitable for permitting, bidding and contracting.
Search for hidden problems such as special site characteristics, electrical/mechanical conditions and structural or roof modifications.
Assist you with additional services or help you in locating an appropriate provider as requested. If necessary we will include elements required of the McMansion City Code if they have any effect on the project.
